1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after full payment has been received and confirmed. We do not begin processing any order until payment clears.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00pm are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Zones & Timeframes

Within Lagos
Delivery is completed within 24 hours of dispatch. This covers all areas within Lagos State including Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Surulere, Ikeja, Ajah and surrounding areas.

Abuja & Port Harcourt
Orders to Abuja and Port Harcourt are delivered within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch via GIG Logistics.

All Other States
Orders to all other Nigerian states are delivered within 1 to 5 business days of dispatch via GIG Logistics, depending on your location.

3. Important — Pickup Only Outside Lagos

All deliveries outside Lagos are handled exclusively through GIG Logistics and are available for pickup at your nearest GIG Logistics hub only.

Home delivery is not available for orders shipped outside Lagos. When your order arrives at the GIG hub closest to you, you will be notified to come in for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when collecting.

4. Sea Moss Gel — Special Conditions

Sea Moss Gel is a fresh, perishable product and is subject to the following conditions:

Lagos only. Sea Moss Gel is available for delivery within Lagos State only. We do not ship Sea Moss Gel outside Lagos due to its refrigerated shelf life requirements.

Preparation time. Sea Moss Gel requires a minimum of 3 days to prepare from the date your order is placed. This is part of our production process — the gel is made fresh to order.

Full payment required before processing. Your Sea Moss Gel order will not begin preparation until full payment has been received and confirmed. No exceptions.

Delivery timeline for Sea Moss Gel:
Allow a minimum of 4 days from the date of payment to delivery — 3 days preparation plus 24 hours delivery within Lagos.

5. Free Delivery

Free delivery within Lagos is available on all orders above ₦100,000.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email with your tracking details.

For orders shipped via GIG Logistics outside Lagos, you can track your shipment directly on the GIG Logistics website or app using your waybill number. We will provide this number once your order is dispatched.

If you have not received a tracking update within your expected delivery window, contact us at hello@mossvida.ng or via WhatsApp and we will follow up on your behalf.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

For Lagos deliveries, if an attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive the order, the courier will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional redelivery fees may apply.

For orders outside Lagos, uncollected parcels at the GIG hub will be held for a limited period before being returned to us. If your order is returned due to non-collection, re-shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Please ensure your phone number and delivery details are correct before completing your order.

8. Incorrect Address

If a delivery fails or a parcel cannot be collected due to an incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, Mossvida will not be held responsible for any loss. Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at hello@mossvida.ng within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost once the damage is confirmed.

We do not offer replacements for damage reported after 24 hours of delivery.
